Dining, Functions & Good Times in Central Nowra
The Postman’s Tavern building has been bringing people together in Nowra since 1879. Originally functioning as a post office, the building provided a vital service to locals until it was decommissioned and transformed into Postman’s Tavern in 1993. The heritage building has been preserved and is now a unique venue for dining, networking and socialising.
At Postman’s Tavern, you can enjoy a terrific value lunch, grab a drink with friends after work or arrange a special event in our function room. The open-air balcony in our upstairs function room/cocktail bar offers fantastic views over Nowra and features live entertainment in the evenings. Postman’s Tavern is open for lunch 7 days a week and dinner 6 days a week (closed Sundays). View our innovative lunch and dinner menus here or contact us to make a booking.
